DIETZ
Walter F. Sr., age 71, of Ridgefield, NJ, passed away on November 21, 2014. Son of the late Walter M. and Madeline Dietz. Survived by sister Evelyn Ponall and spouse Charles, brother Fred and spouse Maria, five children, Walter F. Dietz Jr. and spouse Nancy, Joanne Dietz, Denise Torres, Christine Schenkerberg and spouse Chris, and Michael Dietz, seven grandchildren, Walter Paul, Michael, Heather, Ashley, William, Matthew, and Sophie, two nieces and one nephew, Madeline, Michelle and Jess. He attended Ridgefield schools, and worked for 25 years for Overpeck Auto Body, was a partner in Garfield Auto Body and Parts, and was a salesman for MTC Kenworth. Visiting will be held on Tuesday from 3 to 7 PM at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield, NJ, (201) 945-5032. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, at 9 AM to attend the funeral service there at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 AM. Final prayers to follow at Cedar Lawn Crematory, Paterson.
