Patricia L. (nee Sawyer), of Ridgefield, NJ, entered into eternal rest on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014 at the age of 81. Devoted wife of the late John Brueckl Jr. who died in 2000. Beloved mother of Nancy Verdi of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ and her husband Louis, and John R. Brueckl of Ridgefield. Cherished grandmother of Christopher Verdi and Alyssa Verdi. Loving sister of Dixie Mooney of Toms River, NJ and John S. Sawyer of Orlando, FL. Visiting will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield (201) 945-5032. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 10 AM to attend the funeral service there on Thursday at 11 AM. Interment to follow at English Neighborhood Reformed Cemetery, 1040 Edgewater Ave., Ridgefield. Donations in memory of Patricia may be made to the American Cancer Society.
