Sherwin Raymond

RAYMOND Sherwin H. MD, of Ridgefield, NJ, died on February 13, 2011. Devoted husband of the late Elizabeth M. Raymond who died in 2009. Beloved father of Gary Raymond of Washington, DC and of the late Ronald A. Raymond. Dr. Raymond was a dedicated and well-respected surgeon. He served as a doctor in the US Army. He was a member of the Bluestone Mystic Tie Malta Doric Lodge # 35, a member of the Ridgefield Sports Alliance, and a member of the NSSA 13th NJ Volunteer Infantry. He also was an active defender of the Second Amendment and a woman's right to abortion as an option. Visiting will be at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield (201) 945-5032 on Friday from 4-8 PM. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 11:30 AM on Saturday.
