Nicholas B Castaldo

Nicholas B, Castaldo, 77, of Palisades Park, entered into eternal rest at home, on October 16, 2021, with his loving family by his side. He was a master carpenter and contractor and also worked for Slocum Elementary School for 16 years, from 1994 - 2009. During his pastime, he enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and hunting.

Nicholas is predeceased by his parents, Frank and Albina Castaldo, and sisters Jennie Scrivanich, and Mary DeStefano.

He is survived by his wife Anna and daughter Daniela. Sisters, Rose Pellerano, Gloria Picinich, and Virgina Frank. And his brothers, John and Frank.

Friends and family may pay their respects at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield, NJ on Wednesday, October 20, from 4-8pm. Funeral mass to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, October 21, 9:30 am at Madonna Church on the Hill, 2070 Hoefley’s Lane, Fort Lee, NJ. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum.
