Michael G., of Westwood, NJ, formerly of Palisades Park, entered into eternal rest on October 20, 2011, at the age of 54. Beloved son of Mary (nee Jounakos) of Palisades Park and the late William who died in 2008. Loving brother of Peter Karadontes of Palisades Park and Polly Murtagh of Las Vegas, NV, and her husband Chris. Cherished uncle of Andrew Murtagh of Middletown, CT and his wife Naomi, Christina Murtagh of Las Vegas, and Simone and Jackie Karadontes of Las Vegas. Dear great uncle of Brian and Natasha Murtagh. Visiting Sunday from 4 to 8 PM, at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield, NJ (201) 945-5032. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday at 10 AM to attend the Funeral Service at Ascension Greek Orthodox Church, Fairview on Monday at 11 AM. Interment to follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ascension G.O. Church, Fairview.
