SCALO Mary, 89, of Fairview, NJ, died on March 20, 2011. Devoted wife for 62 years of Clem Scalo. Beloved mother of Christina Pinkler and Joseph Scalo. Mother-in-law of Alan Pinkler and Jeana Scalo. Loving sister of Peter Zucchino and the late Louis Zucchino. Sister-in-law of Jean Zucchino and the late Louise Zucchino. Cherished grandmother of Alison Bryant and her husband Jessie, Adrienne Scalo, Joel Pinkler, Todd Pinkler, Andrea Scalo, Mark Scalo and Jill Scalo. Dear great-grandmother of Reese Scalo and Miles Bryant. Mary was a parishioner of Our Lady of Grace Church, Fairview, a past member of St. John's Mother's Guild, Fairview, and also a member of UNICO. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9 AM to attend the Funeral Mass to be held on Wednesday at 10 AM, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Ave., Fairview.
