Maria (nee Hroncich), of Palisades Park, NJ, born in Sansego, Italy (Susak, Croatia), entered into eternal rest on February 17, 2013 at the age of 93. Devoted wife of the late Antonio Picinich who died in 1991. Beloved mother of Dominic Picinich and his wife Gordana, and Martin Picinich and his wife Gayle. Cherished grandmother of Adam Picinich ESQ. and his wife Allison, Lt. Cmdr. David Picinich and his wife Casey, Dr. Sonia Dolfi and her husband Domenic, Leah Celeste and her husband Tony, and Lt. Mark Picinich and his wife Hannah. Treasured great-grandmother of Kyle Picinich and Alexis Picinich. Loving sister of John Hroncich and his wife Libe. Also survived by scores of nephews and nieces. Maria was a talented seamstress who worked for M & M Coats, Hoboken for many years. She was a devout, long-time parishioner of St. Nicholas RC Church, Palisades Park. Visiting at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield, NJ (201) 945-5032 on Friday 4PM to 8 PM. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9AM to attend the funeral mass on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Nicholas RC Church, 442 East Brinkerhoff Ave., Palisades Park.
