Leesa Povinelli

Elizabeth "Leesa" Povinelli (nee: Downham), of Ridgefield, NJ, died on May 17, 2021 at the age of 52 after battling metastatic breast cancer for 7 years.  Devoted wife of Paul Povinelli, loving mother to daughter Alaina, and son Jack. Parent to dogs Finn and Annie.
Leesa was an avid supporter and advocate for rescue dogs, volunteering with Animal Life Savers Inc., and was always at the beach in her heart.

Family and friends may gather at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield, NJ on Wednesday 3-7pm, to pay their respects. In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Leesa may be made to metavivor.org for research, support and awareness of metastatic breast cancer, or animal lifesavers.org
