Laura Ann Cummings, a faithful and devoted servant of her God Jehovah, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2024, at the age of 73. Baptized since 1964, Laura loved her God Jehovah and her family throughout her lifetime. Laura was born in Eutawville, SC on April 17, 1951. She was the second of four daughters of Banks and Effie Polite. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Charles Cummings, and their son, Jamel Vincent Cummings. She is survived by her sisters, Joyce Polite Mickerson (husband Bob), Dorothy Polite, and Cynthia Polite Smith (husband Willie). Laura is also survived by her nephews Bobby Mickerson Jr., Timothy Mickerson (wife Charlotte), Joshua Smith (wife Marsea), niece Jasmine Smith, a special cousin, Dorothy McDaniel (husband Randy) and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Laura was a hard working Legal Administrative Specialist, throughout her career.
