John D Regan

John D. Regan, aka Jack, 99 of Ridgefield, NJ, passed away on July 31, 2023.

John was predeceased by his parents John and Jennie Regan and his brother Charles. He leaves behind his nephew, Michael Regan and his wife Sandra, two nieces, Patricia O'Donnell, Deborah Regan and many great nieces and nephews. 

John served his country in the US Navy during WWII. After his military service he worked at PSE&G from 1947 - 1981. After his retirement he went on to work for Underwriters Laboratories and Electrician Testing Labs. He finally retired in 2018. 

John kept himself very busy helping people and was involved and held many positions in organizations such as Veteran Affairs, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Catholic War Vets and Handicapped Children's Organization. John was an active member of The Elks. He joined the Palisades Park Elks 2475 where he served two terms as Exalted Ruler.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. 

Friends and family may come for visitation at Blackley Funeral Home, on Thursday August 3, 2-4 pm, 7-9 pm. Additional visiting to be held at Orender Family Home.
