Janet A., entered into eternal rest on September 11, 2014 at the age of 88. Janet was born and raised in Ridgefield, NJ, moved to Manahawkin, NJ, and then back to Ridgefield. She was an office worker for Brennan Corp., Little Egg Harbor, NJ. She was a parishioner of St. Matthew's R.C. Church, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Seniors, all in Ridgefield. Devoted wife of the late Bert Blick who died in 2000. Beloved mother of Rosalyn Thomas and her husband Joseph, Judy Grein and Rich Mariano, and Susan Rutz and her husband Christopher. Cherished grandmother Chris Thomas and his wife Beth, Mark Thomas, David Rutz and his wife Daniela, Matt Grein and his wife Stephanie, Jill Cook and her husband Rob, Stacy Berger and her husband Dan, and Zachary Grein. Treasured great-grandmother of Abby Thomas, Isabella Rutz, and Maddy Cook.
Visiting on Monday from 3 to 7 PM at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield, NJ, (201) 945-5032. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:15 AM to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Matthew's R.C. Church, 555 Prospect Ave., Ridgefield on Tuesday at 10:15 AM.
