Gustave Osnato Obituary
OAK RIDGE - Services were held for Gustave M. Osnato, 95, of Ridgefield, who died on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. He was the father of Cindy Dudek of this community.
Born in New York City, Mr. Osnato lived in Ridgefield for 60 years. He was the proprietor of Broad Jewelers, Palisades Park, where he was a jeweler and watchmaker. Also, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, earning the Bronze Star.
Services were Monday at the Blackley Funeral Home, Ridgefield, followed by burial at Ridgefield Cemetery.
Mr. Osnato also is survived by his sons, Dan of Bayonne, and Mike of Hamburg; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Phyllis Spaventa.
