Grace Elizabeth Netzke (nee O'Donnell), loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, 84, recently of Clifton, N.J., died suddenly on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, in Community Medical Center, Toms River, N.J. The funeral service will be held at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield, N.J., at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. For directions or to send condolences, go to blackleyfuneral.com Grace was born and raised with her eight siblings in Weehawken, N.J. She graduated from Weehawken High School in 1945 and was voted "Best Dancer" by her classmates. She enjoyed dancing socially throughout her life. She married her husband, Robert H. Netzke, in 1950 and moved to West New York, N.J., where she raised her three children and was active in the local Parent Teachers Association. Grace and Robert moved to Ridgefield, N.J., in 1981. Grace worked as an office manager for Swiss Novelty Co., and then later held the same position for Corrugated Boxes Inc. In 2000, Robert and Grace relocated to Toms River to spend their retirement years in Holiday City. Grace was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in April, 2011. She is survived by her sisters, Helen Sneyers, Margaret Kelly, and Patricia Sullivan, all of Weehawken, N.J., and her brothers, James O'Donnell and his wife, Marian, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and Thomas O'Donnell and his wife, Marge, of Parsippany, N.J., and her sister-in-law, Alice Dragich of Ridgefield, N.J. She is also survived by her loving children, Robert H. Netzke of Bloomfield, N.J., Joan I. Lowery and her husband, Eugene, of Paramus, N.J., and Donald O. Netzke and his wife, Joanna, of San Diego, Calif. Grace is also survived by her adoring grandchildren, Jeffery Netzke and his wife, Nicole, Gregory Netzke and his wife, Xenia, Karen Bartulovich and her husband, George, Laura Netzke-Lloyd and her husband, Demond, Ian Lowery, Dylan Lowery, Robbie Netzke and Kimberley Netzke. She is also survived by her 11 beloved great-grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews.
