Frieda KOENIG

KOENIG Frieda, of Palisades Park, NJ, entered into eternal rest on August 17, 2010 at the age of 80. Born in Rieg, Slovenia, she came to the United States in 1950. Devoted wife of Arnold Koenig for 57 years. Beloved mother of Ingrid Sulich and her husband Perry, and Evelyn Moran and her husband Robert. Loving sister of her twin, the late Pauline Eppich, and of John Schlindrer, Poldi Meditz, Adolf Schlindra, Renate Michitsch and the late Robert Schlindra. Cherished Oma of Heidi and Amy Sulich and Daniel Moran. She was a sales associate at Bloomingdales, Hackensack. She was a parishioner of St. Michael's RC Church, Palisades Park. Visitation will be at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield, NJ (201) 945-5032 on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9 AM to attend a 10 AM funeral mass on Saturday at St. Michael's RC Church, Palisades Park.
