Toms River - Regan, Charles, 91, of Toms River, NJ, grew up in Ridgefield, raised his family in North Bergen, moved to Sarasota, Florida, where he lived for 27 years with his surviving wife, Victoria Catapano Regan. He is also survived by 3 children, Michael & Sandra Regan, Patti O'Donnell & (the late Geoffrey) & Debbie Regan, and by his brother, John Regan, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and nieces & nephew. He was a veteran of the US Navy. He was a truck driver and belonged to the Teamsters. He loved Atlantic City. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 8PM at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:15 AM to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Matthews RC Church, Ridgefield on Wednesday at 10:15 AM.
