Annette Acquafredda

ACQUAFREDDA Annette R., age 75, of Ridgefield, passed from this life early Sunday morning after a brave struggle with heart disease. She was surrounded by those she loved most, her children and grandchildren. Annette was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dominick Acquafredda, a volunteer firefighter for Ridgefield, NJ who was tragically killed in a fire on October 15th, 1967 along with four other firefighters. Annette also joins in heaven her beloved mother and father Nicholas and Susan Corbiscello, father-in-law Emanuele Acquafredda, mother-in-law Santa Acquafredda, brothers Joseph Corbiscello, Nicholas Corbiscello Jr., sisters-in-law Annette (Dolly) Corbiscello, Marie LaVerghetta and brother-in-law Anthony LaVerghetta. Annette spent most of her time doing what she enjoyed most, spending time with her children and doting on her grandchildren. She enjoyed her summers at her shore home where she would prepare her Italian specialties for her family and friends. She leaves behind her loving children, Santa and James Fromm and their children Alex and Gabriella, Emanuele and Kellyann Acquafredda and their daughter, Raven, and Nicholas and Sherri Acquafredda and their daughters, Alexis and Haley. She was the beloved Aunt of Susan and Nicholas Corbiscello, Nicholas Corbiscello III and MaryAnn Sherger. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 9:15 AM to attend the funeral mass on Thursday at 10:15 AM at St. Matthew's RC Church, Ridgefield.
