Anne, age 89, of Ridgefield, NJ, passed peacefully at home with her family on September 18, 2015. She was born on June 14, 1926 and spent her early years growing up with her three sisters in NYC. She attended City College and soon married Frank on September 12, 1948. The young couple first settled in Woodside, Queens, NY. In 1954 they moved to Ridgefield, where they raised their three children, and where she resided for the remainder of her life. Anne was a member of the women's American Legion Post 221 Auxiliary, the Ridgefield Senior Citizens, Ridgefield Democratic Club, and a member of American Realtor's Association. She was a successful Realtor for approximately 20 years in Northeast Bergen County. Mom enjoyed family gatherings and provided wonderful holiday meals for many years. Her winter months were thoroughly enjoyed in Florida, especially when visited by her children and grandchildren. She was well known for the poems she carefully crafted and then read aloud at every special occasion. She is predeceased by her husband Frank, and her sister Phyllis. She is survived by her sister Mary Maranzana of Gainesville Florida and Lucy Hodder of Hallandale Florida, son Steve Pellino, former daughter in law Lori, son Chris Pellino, and wife Susan and daughter Lori Habersaat and husband Frederick, and grandchildren Frank, Katrina, Christine and Stephanie, and great-grandson Jason. She will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren and dearest friends. Visitation is Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Avenue, Ridgefield. Funeral will be from Blackley Funeral Home on Tuesday 9:00 AM, with mass at St. Matthew's RC Church at 10:00 AM, followed by interment at the English Neighborhood Reformed Cemetery, 1040 Edgewater, Ave, Ridgefield.
